When these factors combine, they create an unpleasant feeling that can be associated with fear, uneasiness, and worry. Anxiety is a mood condition that happens without an identifiable triggering stimulus and when it is felt in severe states, if could cause sufferers from living normal lives.

What are anxiety attacks like? When a person has gone into a state of fear and feels like he or she can't control what is happening to him or her, it is most likely an anxiety or panic attack. Fast heartbeat, shortness of breath, dizziness, and uneasiness are just few of the common symptoms that occur during an anxiety attack. It should be known though that anxiety is a normal feeling but it is when it goes overboard and maims the sufferer from living a normal life

I ve been struggling with anxiety recently but do not want to go to the doctor nor do I want to take prescription medication. I ve seen a couple of websites showing all natural relief to anxiety. Lay flat on the floor or couch with your eyes closed.

put one hand on your stomach

put the other hand on your chest

when you breathe in, make sure the hand on your chest goes up

when you breathe out, make sure the hand on your chest goes down

concentrate on your hand moving up and down, and concentrate on your heart rate decreasing as you breathe with your other hand.

breathe slowly, and deeply.

do this for 15 minutes and try not to fall asleep

this is what i used to do for my anxiety attacks as a teenager. you ll never need xanax again. promise.

What are some good anxiety relievers? I m at work having serious anxiety and my heart is fluttering. The doctor has prescribed Xanax to me a couple years go when this happened but I do not want to take any medications. Does anyone know of any natural alternatives?
Answer :
There are a lot of herbs out there. If you go to an herbal store, they can help you find something. Don t go to GNC, their herbs are watered down.
There are also herbal teas that are for relaxing you, and you can buy them at the grocery store. Check them out!
I go through the same thing and I know it s not fun!
